Dairy Barn

Discover our unique 1920 Dairy Barn, a departure from the ordinary, boasting original rock walls and an impressive 65 windows. Equipped with a state-of-the-art heating and cooling system, this restored gem maintains a comfortable year-round temperature. The Dairy Barn comfortably seats 100 guests, with room for a sweetheart table or dance floor, a 3-piece band or DJ, and serving tables. The ambiance is further enhanced by charming Edison-style string lighting, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. As part of the rental, we provide tables and chairs for up to 100 guests.

Measuring 28 X 75, the Dairy Barn offers a versatile space for your event. Additionally, you have access to a 4,900 sq. ft. building filled with an array of unique decor, including dishes (including plenty of Blue Willow), glassware, and an assortment of props—all available at no additional cost. With just food and utensils, you can craft a one-of-a-kind gathering.

The Dairy Barn's rectangular layout also allows for wedding ceremonies. Consider renting tents or utilizing outdoor seating for a reception while keeping the Dairy Barn's interior reserved for the ceremony.

For weddings, the Dairy Barn rental is included when combined with the Farmhouse for a wedding and reception, priced at $1695. However, the Dairy Barn can also be rented separately for 8 hours at $800 or 4 hours at $500, available exclusively Monday through Thursday.
