What a wonderful place for your story to continue, where our story began 112 years ago for the beautifully restored Humphreys’ Dairy Farm in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Located on the original 25 acres, this charming venue comprises 3 historic buildings, each magnificently restored. The sprawling meadow and countryside make for a lovely setting for your wedding, party, or reunion - less than a mile outside the city. In the summertime, honeysuckle fills the air and birds are chirping everywhere. And, the entire property is surrounded by gorgeous old oak and walnut trees. The Farmhouse is on the National Register of Historic Places.
Each year, couples, families, and friends choose Humphreys' Dairy Farm again and again – not only as the venue for their special day, but for all the extra features. Lodging is included (for 15) in the Farmhouse. And, a 4,900 sq. ft. building full of unique décor, dishes (lots of Blue Willow), glassware and endless props is available for you to select items and use at no charge! All you need is food and utensils. Mrs. Mary’s House, also available for rental, accommodates 8 additional people and is well suited for the guys.

We love to have parties at Humphreys' Dairy Farm and yours will be no exception! We’ve sure seen some festive and fun events here for kids and adults. Vow renewals, showers, reunions, retreats, anniversaries, too. And, we would love to be your venue for your next special event!
The Farmhouse can be rented for one night for a wedding booking, or by itself with a two-night minimum. The Farmhouse can be rented for 8 hours or 4 hours, Monday through Thursday only. Mrs. Mary’s House rents nightly or as part of an elopement package. The Dairy Barn can be rented by itself for 8 hours or 4 hours, Sunday through Thursday only. Fridays and Saturdays are reserved for weddings.
The Farmhouse, great for adult parties, showers, or gatherings has a fabulous porch all across the front, perfect for enjoying your beverages or porch sitting. The Farmhouse also has a covered back porch shaded by a 100-year-old Black Walnut tree. The large entry, dining room and 2 sitting rooms provide for a fabulous party space with a spattering of antiques and beautiful original hardwood floors. The Farmhouse is on the National Register of Historic Places and has been beautifully restored to include a new, modern kitchen. The Farmhouse, partially secluded by woods, sits on 14 acres, less than 1 mile from the city.
Children’s birthday parties are the best at Humphreys' Dairy Farm, thanks to the animals! We have miniature horses, miniature cows, goats and their really cute baby goats. Children’s birthday parties include 2 hours use of the Dairy Barn (perfect for rowdy kiddos), and time with the animals - for only $325. Small cartons of the secret Humphreys’ special recipe chocolate milk can be purchased for $3 each (and it’s well worth it) with a minimum order of 20.
The Dairy Barn has 17 tables with chairs for 100 and serving tables, along with an expansive heating and cooling system and concrete floor. A great place for kids to be themselves, drink the best chocolate milk ever and play with the animals!
