The Harris Hillside is our prime location for an outdoor wedding. Named in honor of our founder, Harris Humphrey, the Harris Hillside can accommodate 150 people or slightly more. The Farmhouse, which includes 6 bedrooms/6 bathrooms, accommodates 13 people and is located in front of the Harris Hillside. The Dairy Barn is 28' X 75' surrounded by 65 windows with an expansive heating & cooling system. The Barn accommodates 100 for table seating and 25 for additional seating around the room. In nice weather, seating is also available outside.

$2,100, per night - Friday & Saturday (includes Farmhouse, Harris Hillside & Barn)

$900 for second night

$1,500, per night - Monday thru Thursday

Mrs. Mary's House is located across the street from the Farmhouse and Dairy Barn. (Mrs. Mary's House is on a beautiful 11 acres. The home is geared for the guys, but gals love it, too!

Sunday through Thursday, the Dairy Barn is available for rental by itself. This is perfect for birthdays, anniversary's, reunions, showers and more.

The Children's Birthday Party package is available Sunday through Thursdays. Our 2-hour package for $325 includes the temperature controlled Dairy Barn for the party and playing time with the animals in the pasture pen. We have goats, miniature horses, donkeys and cows. The children will get to feed the animals and pet them. Additionally, the party can include a bottle of Humphreys' Chocolate Milk for 20 guests (minimum order) at $60, or $3 each for each additional guest. A $100 deposit reserves your date. We accept cash, check, credit card, Venmo, Cash App or PayPal. Checks may be made out to Humphreys' Dairy Farm and mailed to 1675 Shady Grove Rd., Hot Springs, AR 71913.

The Farmhouse is on the National Register of Historic Places and is 4,200 square feet with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The Farmhouse sits on 14 beautiful acres.

As we're expanding and renovating, we're adding more and more items to help make your special event as perfect and as easy as possible. Here is a list & the rental prices of our current offerings:

Church Pews - $500

Miniature white pony, dressed in white florals - $150

Tablecloths, off white - $10 each

Table Runners, various colors, $5 each

Vases, dishes, china, signage, silk flowers, candlesticks, milk bottles, wine glasses, etc. - FREE (Ask to see the Wedding Room, 501-547-2342).

The Black Walnut Tree is 100 years old and has been on the property since the beginnings of Humphrey Dairy Farm. The Black Walnut is one gorgeous tree with lower sprawling branches providing a lovely setting. This is the perfect spot for an elopement! And, it comes with white chiffon draped through the branches. This area can accommodate 25 - 30. 

$500, Monday through Thursday

(The lower floor of the Farmhouse can be rented (4 hours) for a reception or as a space to get ready for an additional $500. Or, Mrs. Mary's House can be rented (4 hours) for $300.
